Shipping Policy
Our puzzles are made to order then shipped to you from our factories in Hong Kong and Singapore. Each individual puzzle piece is printed and checked for defects before disassembly, packing, and shipping.
We will always endeavour to dispatch your order, when requested, on the day you place your order - provided your order is received by 1pm (Singapore Standard Time).
Please note, all deliveries are made by third-party delivery service providers. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to our deliveries..
Delayed Deliveries
Please contact the delivery service provider directly if:
- the delivery has been tendered for delivery for a long time,
- or if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available
Custom Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs you may incur prior to completing your purchase.
Tracking Information
A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order is completed. This is subject to the delivery service providers’ availability. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors.
